STEP 1: Get On Our Bid List
Interested in bidding on upcoming Cannon Homes projects? Complete the Bid List form to be added to our trade partner database. We’ll reach out as projects matching your scope become available.
Use the link above to fill our our bid list form so we are aware of your company and what scopes of work you provide. If we need your specific craft or skill on a job we will reach out for pricing and to work on step two - subcontractor qualification.
If you would like to go ahead and skip this step and submit the subcontractor qualification form, you will be set up to immediately perform work with us. You will receive priority job notifications by being automatically notified of upcoming projects.
STEP 2: Subcontactor Setup & Qualification
To perform work for Cannon Homes, all subcontractors must complete our qualification and onboarding process. This helps protect everyone involved and ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This requires you to upload pdf files of your W9, Workers Compensation Insurance COI, General Liability Insurance COI, and read and agree to our trade agreement. Click the link above to check out the form and requirements.
STEP 3: Bid Work, Complete Jobs & Get Paid
Once you have been onboarded and setup to perform work with Cannon Homes. You will use the forms and resources below to submit bids, payment applications, change orders, and review our jobsite guide.
SUBMIT BID
After you have reviewed the plans or met with a project manager on site to review the scope of work. Use this form to submit your detailed bid to the project manager.
PAYMENT APP
Once you have completed work, send us a payment application so we can procedd your payment. Make sure your W-9 and insurance is up to date and on file.
CHANGE ORDER
If there is a change in scope or you run into an unknown existing condition that effects the cost, use this form to submit a change order request.
JOBSITE GUIDE
Please review our jobsite guide. You will find our expectations for jobsite conduct, safety expectations, clean-up standards, as well as parking and access rules.
